Zephyrus was founded to be a solution to the everyday problems people face in apparel.
The modern wardrobe forces a constant compromise: you either choose casual clothes that leave you exposed to the elements, or you wear technical gear that looks entirely out of place in the city. We eliminate this friction by taking classic silhouettes and completely rebuilding their internal architecture to work with your body, not against it.
Living in the Pacific Northwest means that temperature and weather conditions swing wildly within a single afternoon, and traditional apparel quickly becomes a liability—leaving you either shivering or suffocating in your own layers. Our headquarters and designing is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. While started locally by a Canadian founder, our production is powered by a small manufacturing facility owned within our own family in Dongguan, China. By maintaining total vertical integration from design to final stitch, we completely eliminate all middlemen, the industry opacity, and the hidden retail markups. This direct operational tie guarantees that our ethical standards are daily realities on the factory floor, allowing us to deliver uncompromising technical gear at an honest price.
