At Zephyrus, we strive to deliver your performance gear quickly and affordably. We ship orders across Canada and the United States.
1. Processing and Fulfillment
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, pending payment verification and stock availability.
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and delivery location.
A. Canadian Shipping (CAD)

B. United States Shipping (USD)
Due to carrier variances and distance, we use real-time calculated rates for all U.S. orders.

Note on Calculated Rates: For U.S. orders under $100 USD, your shipping cost is estimated live at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and your specific delivery address.
3. Free Shipping Eligibility
Canadian Orders: Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a product total of $100 CAD or more (before taxes and after any discounts).
U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a product total of $100 USD or more (before taxes and after any discounts).
4. International Shipments
We currently only ship within Canada and the United States. We do not offer shipping to other international locations at this time.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (U.S. Orders)
Shipments to the U.S.: All prices shown on the Zephyrus website are in CAD or USD (as selected) and do not include any import duties, customs fees, or tariffs required by the destination country (the United States).
Customer Responsibility: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
