Fulfillment Operations

All Zephyrus inventory is warehoused and dispatched directly from our headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia. Orders are processed and handed off to our carrier network within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, pending payment verification. Dispatch operations run Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Regional Transit & Rates

We currently deploy shipments exclusively within Canada and the United States. Free standard fulfillment is automatically applied to all orders over $100 (CAD or USD, respective to your region).

Customs & Import Architecture (U.S. Orders)

Prices displayed exclude import duties, customs fees, or tariffs required by United States border agencies. The recipient is solely responsible for any import taxes or customs duties levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Zephyrus Apparel Inc. does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot alter or under-declare customs valuation documents.

Small-Batch Allocation Notice

Because we operate on a strictly controlled manufacturing cycle to eliminate deadstock, replacement inventory is subject to availability. If a package is lost in transit, our support team will attempt to allocate a replacement from our reserve inventory. If the reserve is depleted, a full refund will be processed immediately.
