Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We maintain strict quality control standards for all returns. Therefore, your item will be ineligible for return or exchange and will not be accepted if any of the following conditions are met:

Time Limit Exceeded: The item is received by us more than thirty (30) days after the original delivery date.

Damaged Condition: The apparel is returned damaged, worn, washed, soiled, stretched, or exhibits any sign of use beyond necessary inspection.

Missing Tags/Labels: All original tags, labels, and hygiene liners (if applicable) have been removed, cut, or tampered with. The item must be returned in the original, resalable condition it was received.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Our Review Process for All Returns
To ensure fairness and quality control, every item returned to our warehouse goes through a mandatory two-part review process:

Initial Inspection (Verification): Upon receipt at our facility, the return is first checked against the original Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or tracking number. We verify that the package contains the correct items and that they meet the basic criteria (received within the 30-day window).

Quality Control (QC) Audit: A dedicated QC specialist performs a thorough inspection of the clothing. This specialist verifies that all original tags are present, that the item is unworn and unwashed, and that there is no damage or signs of wear.

Accepted: If the item passes the QC Audit, the refund or exchange is processed within 5-7 business days.

Rejected: If the item fails the QC Audit (due to damage, missing tags, or exceeding the 30-day limit), the return is immediately rejected. The customer will be notified, and the item will be sent back to the customer's original shipping address.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
